Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns or exchanges must be requested within the eligible return period after delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
The original purchase receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
Without a valid receipt, returns or exchanges cannot be processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our support team will assist you as quickly as possible.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or according to the selected refund option.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain bedding products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Shipping Information

Orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Same-day shipping is available for select orders.
We currently deliver across British Columbia.
All products are delivered in reinforced multi-box packaging to ensure safe delivery.
