No Returns Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final once the order is accepted and paid for at delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) – Check Before You Pay
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your peace of mind. Because you pay at your doorstep, you can check and inspect your item at the time of delivery, before paying, on the spot.
If the item is not as described, damaged, or incorrect, you may simply refuse it before payment and inform our delivery team right away.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us at the time of delivery before paying, or contact us immediately with clear photos of the product and packaging. Our support team will assist you as quickly as possible.
Once the item has been checked, accepted, and paid for, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping Information
Orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Same-day shipping is available for select orders.
We currently deliver across British Columbia and Ontario, including Vancouver and Toronto (GTA).
All products are delivered in reinforced multi-box packaging to ensure safe delivery.
